On a highway or hill road you don't know a trustworthy mechanic, hotel or driver nearby, or whether a friend on the same road could help.
Car convoys and trekking groups split up within minutes. Calls fail, and WhatsApp live location is one person at a time, and it expires.
Jams, accidents, landslides and road blocks are discovered only when you reach them.
Friends on the same road appear as photo pins with distance and “minutes away”, updating live. Tap to call.
